System Requirements
Minimum Requirements
VisioList is a web-based application and as such has a few minimum requirements. To run VisioList, you need a web hosting provider that includes the following:
PHP version 5.6.0 or greater
MySQL version 4.1.0 or greater
20 Megabytes of hard drive space
Recommended Requirements
The following settings and software packages are not required but will make your VisioList powered website more feature rich.
PHP from 7.0 and up
MySQL 4.1x and up - (MySQL 5.x, MariaDB is supported)
Apache Web Server With Mod_rewrite enabled (optional but required for clean URL's)
PHP Compiled with GD Library (image manipulation)
PHP compiled with FreeType (for captcha option)
PHP compiled with cURL or fsockopen with OpenSSL
mod_rewrite - A rewrite engine is needed to use Clean URLS.
suPHP or FastCGI PHP Handlers Recommended
If you plan on making use of the admin plugin upload feature, we recommend you configure your server to use suPHP or FastCGI as your PHP handler. If your configuration runs as the apache user (often something like "nobody", or "www") then you may experience file ownership and group problems when attempting to edit or delete these files via FTP where you are logged in as your account user.
