Hi, I have a problem on my installation of 2.6 whenever I try to save the changes I do in the admin/ settings page I get a HTTP 500 error. I have tried both on a selfhosted server and a webhotel but the reslult is the same a HTTP 500 error, And mod_secuity is not installed on my self hosted...

A general question: Is it possible to create a page at the top of the site? Next to the "Topsite", Register new site" and the control panel? If yes, how do I go about it?
