Just like mark said, clear ip_log table every xx hours. Currently it gets emptied once a day. You will need to make a plugin that runs a mysql query that trunctate that table each xx hours

this could be as this is a new function. Before they were still active = 1 in the database. This new function sets them to active = 2. So it propebly need the period you enteered in admin until they get this ne active = 2
