we use a linux server with headless browser, black screenshots are what happens when the process fails. you send the domain request my script opens browser window and grabs screenshot then the fill sized screenshot is copied to your server then your server resizes it in your domains case...

that log would be the exim mail log, this is not a VL function. If messages are sitting in your queue, that is a server config issue, not a VL issue. You can examine the queue to figure out why they are not sending, could be incorrect port, or auth info.

I cannot, I do not see that URL in the requested list even. At the moment we have 920+ rendered screenshots, that domain is not anywhere to be seen. perhaps your server is blocking the outbound request? (mod_security?)

if the mails are stuck in the queue, this is a server config issue, you do not need any cron job. Your server admin or hosting support should be able to easily help you identify why your mail is stuck in the queue. Visiolist uses the PHP mail() function by default.

Sounds like you missed uploading the .htaccess file that was included with the download bundle. The other possibility is your host has no enabled apache mod_rewrite

Well considering you opened a paypal dispute *(because our support sucks and we have no skins) at the same time as this post, I think its safe to say I will not be working with you. use any HTML theme you like, customize your own skin, or hire someone who knows basic HTML/CSS to work with you.

This was my next question, in admin -> settings Your email address: this is where the value for $CONF['your_email'] is set, there are a few possibilities here like using a different domain as the sender, exim can be configured to block spoofed emails etc.
