nah parabola ships with the bundle, I don't want to have to maintain the parabola files in another location.

for best results, get that bad boy updated to the latest version :) I see some missing classes (pagination etc), it will look much tighter and cleaner with current files. Looking good though, starting to take a life of its own.

here is the updated gateway.html template making use of bootsrap CSS. Again, very simple template as this theme is a "jumping off point" to make your own custom, responsive child theme. Simply extract the zip, and overwrite /skins/bootstrap/gateway.html

You can probably solve this yourself Compare the premium_table_row and stats templates and take note of how parabola is including the banner. You should see a difference in the tag, simply paste it into the bootstrap theme and you should be good to go.

hmm problem is this too can be easily cheated... for example: add a link on a forum/facebook/twitter etc to yoursite.com/woot.php then in woot.php you have a redirect to the vote URL. Vote still comes from a 3rd party website, comes quickly through your domain, and automatically redirects...

Can you confirm that works normal using parabola? I just want to make sure this is a bug with the skin and not the core files, it seems that banner_url should be overwritten when premium is active.

Direct out links are better for SEO. You can edit the templates to use redirect links if you like, there is no plugin for this. I am on mobile device but if memory is accurate ./index.php?a=out&u={$username} is how the redirect URL might look, but you would need to test to confirm

looks like your facebook and twitter plugins are not installed, try admin -> plugins and click the install icon beside these 2. OR re upload the plugin zip file from your admin panel.
