How is 'adbreak.html' added to the toplist?

I want to add it at the top of my wrapper, looked on the user manual and its not under there.

Any help?

ad_break template is used in between rankings as described in the manual and on the admin ad_break settings page, it cannot be used anywhere other than after specified rankings.


If you want to place a banner at the top of the wrapper:

ad your banner code manually to wrapper to show on all pages
add your banner code to table_wrapper to show on main rankings page only
create a simple plugin to handle showing the banner on your desired pages
