Not really related to visiolist. If you banners dont show, you adblocker also removes normal gif, jpg etc files. Would look at its settings

Are you using the old aardvark review system? We disabled it by default for a reason :) Its not the best function wise, so for that we have the disqus plugin. If you are using disqus already, you might want to disable automatic approval from the disqus site interface

Easy enough, linking the username to details page isnt a bad idea i guess.

You will need to adjust the css, as far as i remember. And the html as well. There used to be showing screenshots there, so you inline-block css, but the banner breaks the width used for the 2 parts ( screen on left, description on right )

Be warned though, hostgator is against toplists, its defined in their tos i think. You might run into issues with them, especially if you use pageview feature
