Working On It [Improve] Upload banner

Hello guys,
Was thinking how we can help our users, so they dont have to jump into UPC from page to page.

I personally think that "Upload Banner" and "Upload Premium Banner" should merge into 1 page.

User can upload regular banner, but if he is not premium then upload premium button should be disabled.

Example:

Then below we can add, notification or label "Only Premium Members can use Premium Banners - Buy it now!"

I like the idea, but it has not such high priority at the moment. As we dont want to delay 1.0 any longer. So maybe for 1.1
