Do you run VL 1.2? If so..
1) Reupload the plugin from post #1 ( no delete, reupload )
2) go to plugins/Seo on your ftp
3) Create a folder called "child" ( without quotes )
4) Now copy category_welcome.html or main_welcome.html into the child folder
5) Now edit those 2 files how you like from within there, edits will stay if you update plugin later on ( same as skins child feature )
