Wrong ranking?

I don't know what happens but that's can't be okay.

A site on my toplist with 7 IN and 8 OUT is Nr.1, against another site with 8 IN and 13 OUT.
My ranking counts in setted to IN.
Please take a look. Maybe I missing to see something

It was Weekly IN Weekly, because I wanted a weekly reset.
Now is mounthly reset?

You use hardcoded template tags, {$unq_in_0_monthly} ( looking at stats, the member has that IN count for current month ), if you not rank by the same period, you get false displays. So make sure the template tag contains the proper string
daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your period in settings

So if you want weekly rankings, change your tag to contain weekly instead of monthly
