Wrong ranking of hits

I see my ranking of in and outs hits are somehow wrong, if you can look at www.sitebora.com you will see some sites are ranked high while the in hits are lower than the other. and when you click rank by out hits on the side bar you can find the same thing, what can i do to correct this?

Looks like you rank by average and not only "this month".
Look in admin settings under the ranking method options. There is another select box which says Average and This month.

Also i think you maybe have the wrong template tag for total hits in, can that be?
If i look at rank 1, that is the total out from this month, but it shows total in of zero, but this month has 6

Thanks Basti, hits in are unique hits in weekly, out hits is total out hits in a month

This is the fault of what template tags you use. You use monthly for "out", but the list is ranked weekly.
So when you click rank by hit outs in the sidebar, the script orders them by weekly. But you display monthly template tag, hence it looks unordered.
So the ordering is correct, but you display wrong tag
