Whole website messed up

I completely messed up my website. Is there any possible way to back it up? The url is www.tops50.info

You can reinstall new VL.
And remember, whenever you make changes, make sure you have backup from your files.

Sql file you currently can only upload via phpmyadmin ( usually accessable through cpanel )
