Hello mrsajid,

Open your www/root directory/folder go to --> skins --> skinname
Try to edit:
join_finish.html
join_email.html

Make sure you create folder 'child' to avoid any problems.

Hello, for the text message, please login to admin -> Content -> Manage Languages

do a search for: Thank you for joining!

then you can click edit to change that text.
