Where is Mark?

Anyone heard from Mark recently? His profile says hes not logged in since Thursday. I have emailed his hosting support as I have a problem with my VPS which is through Mark and hes not replied in 2 days. He always answers in a few hours.

Hmm, yea 2 days is also the last time i talked to him. Ill go send him a message through skype and hopefully he replies soon.

Apologies for the late reply to you ticket, we upgraded our billing/support system last week and this new version seems to have an issue sending email notifications on new tickets when accounts have gone unpaid for more than 30 days (supposed to be auto suspended... a feature I do not use). I am working now to get this fixed to ensure future notifications are not missed.
