Vote Counts as a Percentage?

Is there a simple way to show vote counts in a percentage rather than actual counts in numbers? We run a vote competition on one of our websites using VL and we had the vote counts hidden last time as we didn't want people to see exactly how many votes there had been but this time we'd like to hopefully show them as a %

I did a search on the forum but couldn't find anything.

Depends, just simple math via plugin. Question is what defines 100%?

I've never built a plugin. I was thinking as there will be 10 websites being voted on then as the votes go up the % is worked out and put on the site instead of the amount of votes. I have no knowledge of how to do it, was just wondering if it was something simple that could be done.

The 100% being determined by the number of votes so far.

So you're saying lets say one site has 15 votes and another site has 12, then the another site has 7 varies out from like 97%, 93%, 81%, that's just random numbers but averages.
