I did it for my topsite but after think that i must share it here.

Installition:
Upload screen.css with FTP to parabola

Thanks for the share, but a better way is to use the in parabola included user.css
So, dont make edits to screen.css, but redefine what you want to change within user.css
That way on updates, you can simply overwrite everything from package.

Note: html edits
Copy the html file and paste in parabola/child/ and edit from there
