use the _top skin for all

What i have to change on 'Parabola" skin to make show all member as _top ?

1. open table_open.html
- cut out html and paste before content in table_filler.html
2. open table_close.html
- cut out html and paste after content in table_filler
3. open table_top_row.html
- copy content, paste into table_row.html
4. same as #3, just with the premium layout

Why would one wnat to do that? And isnt it easier to just set the numbers of users of _top way higher than you expect to gain members?

Some dont like the table layout for the other members, myself included. And no cant do that, the _top skin is originally designed to work only on the first page
