Title Customize

Hello i was inspecting some competitors, and ive noticed they got different Title system,

Example System
VL : {$list_name} - {$header}

If we have longer title 70 characters - {$header} will go off limits,
Example: yoursite.com - Private server, Free servers, Top 100 - Rankings - Aion Online

Competitors :
{$header} - {$list_name}
Reason for this is Category
Example: Rankings - Aion Online - yoursite.com - Private server, Free servers, Top 100

Can we edit this : Rankings - to change maybe some keyword

Can we remove this : Rankings

I was thinking about : {$category} {$list_name} - Will this works ?

Please give some suggestions
