Right now if we blacklist the IP, we have to delete the user too after.
It's not automatically removed.

Might be confusing something...

This is an interesting point, to be honest I have never blocked an IP in the admin panel

I suppose we could do that, this would also lead to a few other obvious ones.. like blacklist a domain should also delete that domain. Both of these would also lead to delete pending screenshot render requests etc.

I will work to add this to upcoming version, probably wont make 1.6 though
