Switching Site Member Site Links to Shortened Links (Don't Do What I Did)

I don't know what got into me but the other day I had the urge to change the links of the sites listed on my list site to goo.gl based shortened links. Yup, I was so proud of it once I was done... (I'm not sure what my logic was in the first place...)

THEN, it dawned on me ...the way the script works then probably the page views and other features wouldn't work without directly being able to parse the domain name... OOPS!

I then tucked my tail and proceeded to go back and replace the links with the original links... lol

yup, those links could be used on the "out" links, from your list to your members. If you disable "googld friendly links", then I see no reason why you couldn't use the shortened links as you attempted.
