Implemented Suspend user site

Hi,

I was thinking of some kind of mod that would be able to disable listed sites ect..

At the moment we have Delete/Active/Inactive

Problem is if you purposely make a site Inactive it can easily become active if you receive an in hit from it, i was thinking of Delete/Active/Inactive/Suspended so that if a site is suspended they can not become active again until the admin makes them active, this way a user does not lose stats because if a member is deleted stats are lost from the overall stats.

Make him inactive from admin edit member. it uses a different kind of active status and member will not become active again if he gets a hit in
that status is "1"
Hit in reactive only works if he is active = 3 ( inactive due no hits in, which is automatical )

Next version you will get some kind of active status on manage members, so you know whats up
