First of all: This is all in Swedish (except for where the bable-fish missed something). So thats why it makes no sense to you guys^^. Second, this is a list for people to join to promote thier sites/bloggs if they are within the pagan sphere.

What I have done so far is to

• change background
• Add logo
• Added buttons and SEO tags
• Added banner-rotator

On the to-do-list

• Change the default color
• Change the orientation and display of some of the plugins in the sidebar
• Get more members ofc ;-)

Your site looks like a very well developed site, in the sense of traffic (judging by your stats)

But there are a few things i feel that have let your site down a little.

Background - I see why why put a spider web as your background but that image itself makes the site look unprofessional.
Logo - The logo needs a lot of work done to it, it looks very basic and not very appealing.
SEO URLs - You should make your URLs like this:
http://yoursite.com/stats/sitename
instead:
http://yoursite.com/?a=stats&u=sitename

It does help in the rankings.

Also this:

Should be at the top of the left hand side, not at the bottom.

(Don't take any of this to offense, this is just my opinion on how i would do my site and how it can look better)

Lol no offense taken at all - you hit my weak spots althogether ;-)
- I am bad bad at doing logos. But atm I neither know anyone good at it nor can I afford hiring someone to help me do it. But it is something I am investigating and playing around with
-I have not yet got the clearURL plugin to work and have had it as low priority so far. Maybe one day...
-Why should the ranking-selections be at the top? I cant help to feel that it really is unnecessary to have it high up for my members to choose from. What will it do that sorting ranks is the first thing they can do? I do understand that it should be somewhere. But do not understand why it has to be at top.

A logo you can get done for $5 or even free on http://forums.digitalpoint.com/

If you need help installing the URL thingy i can help you do it via Teamviewer (If you have cPanel).

The ranking selection is at the top so members can quickly see and choose how they want to view the top 10,
having it at the bottom is as good as not having it at all as people wont scroll down to use it.
