Show top 20 in category and top 100 in overall

Is it possible to show the top 100 sites in 'overall' page (home page) and show only top 20 in all category pages?

I find it really hard to create plugins myself, so could someone could make a plugin to do this?

in another request thread of yours Basti was kind enough to post the plugin to help you learn how to make a simple plugin.

If you don't know PHP but still want to make a bunch of custom changes, you might consider hiring someone to help you build these more obscure feature requests.
