Setting up PayPal

I am trying to setup PayPal for Premium Members and wanted to know the return URL setting. I searched and see where Mark says to leave it Blank BUT PayPal REQUIRES it as other users has stated. I can't find any updated steps on how to set this up properly, please help with a how to.

you can put yourdomain.com/index.php?a=user_cpl

the return URL value is overwritten in the form so really any URL will work
