Hello, can you check your error_log for details?

Try re-uploading all files, did you get to the installer?

Once the files have been uploaded point your browser to the VisioList install directory, the path will look something like this (depending on where you uploaded it) yourdomain.com/install

The installer will check to ensure everything is ready to go, if it tells you some files/folders are not writable, make sure to CHMOD them according to what the installer tells you.

Once the installer is showing all green indicators its time to proceed with the installation.

First you need to set an admin password, this is what you will use to login to your admin panel located at yourdomain.com/admin

Next, enter your email address and MySQL information (supplied by your web host) and click the install button.

After that you will be presented with a list of languages. You are at least required to import english. If your site runs a language other than english, you will need to import english + your desired language. This is because english is the core language and fills up missing phrases if your languages miss something.

looks like you might have an old .htacess file? can you make sure you have the .htaccess included with VisioList? this would be done via FTP

I don't know, can you send me a PM with your FTP and MySQL credentials so I can run the installer myself and look for errors?

Just to follow up with solution, the problem was the host had a redirect to force https, however the script was installed with the URL set to "http". To fix, I re-installed VisioList with https as the site_url and all was well. :)
