Regular License + Branding Free?

Hello, I recently purchased the Regular license + Branding Free package. I noticed that there is a {powered by} tag in my footer code that if I remove, it basically shuts off the whole site.

Is this tag considered branding?.. If so, how do I remove it?

Sorry for the trouble, we still have some issue currently letting the system deliver the required plugin once you purchased it. It seems it dont accept it.
