Core Feature Random user plugin

Hello,

I have searched after a random site plugin in this forum, but the only relevant thing I can find is that "Mark" saying that it has to be added as an optional plugin...

So, how is this going, it is easy to create?

Check your admin settings, its a core feature. After turning it on, you will notice a new sidebar block with a random member. If the placement is not right, move the tag {$featured_member} somewhere else.
And as for the design/html its featured_member.html
