Premium Membership start date

As a test I have set some of the sites to premium membership with different starting dates but when I check the front end the sites are showing even though they are not due to be displayed as premium.
 
Looks like this is because we set the member as active premium through the dropdown box, once that is set the member is premium regardless of the start date.

This should be somehow merged. Maybe Mark know about this, he said he had changes in mind for that plugin.

this was not something I had planned on changing, but I can see why it would be useful. Added to the list :)
