New VL site for a battle of the bands competition

This is the one we have been testing for a very long time. Its still on VL 0.9 as we had done quite a few edits to the site (didn't do it in child theme, my bad).

Its set up for battle of the bands on the radio. 10 bands in each heat and the public vote on the site. Last year we did this with Aardvark and gained over 4m hits in the 6 months it was active.

Think we are finished. It all starts this Sunday so we will soon see if we have done everything right! I am pleased with it. Doesn't look like a top sites now.

Well it all kicked off yesterday and so far so good. No cheating going on. Website looks good too.
