need some help with my topsite

if anyone out there is good with the thing, i sure you use some help getting the layout for my premium and regular user area done.
first image is how it sits. second image reflects a wider template and a transparent cube backdrop for each user and the ins/outs nicer... how i want my areas to look like. Ide love some help or just to contract someone to work it out for me.

I think yellow color hurts eyes...

better change a little bit ... or read about some color schemes
