Missing data and files?

I use Bootstrap Skin . Before not show the option to upload images. I had to copy a file from Parabola Skin.

Neither appeared the text and the button that appears after user registration
(I mean the button and the text that the user must put on his website)
. I also had to copy some code from Parabola Skin.

Now, to install the plugin "Vote Check Callback"
the installation guide says that should I look for
* the following code:
{$ list_url} / index.php? a = in & u = {$ username} & sid = {$ sid}

* in the file:
skins / your_skin / gateway.html

But that file is empty.

Why so short code to the theme?

I just downloaded the bootstrap theme and the gateway template is NOT empty... further link code is working just fine.

many users are using that theme and nobody has reported this issue... where did you get the bootstrap theme from? it sounds like you might have found a VERY old version somewhere, you should be downloading from here: http://visiolist.com/community/resources/categories/free-skins.1/
