Is there a way for me to feed my toplist this way?

Using an url rotator from exit consoles from my various sites with my own offers?
To kick start the hole thing if you prefer?

Ex: http://www.mysite.com/ref=user1
http://www.mysite.com/ref=user2

In other words, the first signups would be me with all of my offers/sites and feed the toplist.
So you will see hits in from various users (all me)

I would then send traffic to the main page so it gets hits out.
It will show some action.

I was starting toplists like these, back in the late 90's (mostly adult sites lol)
I could put all of the urls i was getting from signing up and put them in a .txt file and use only one url everywhere in exit consoles or pop unders.
like http://mysite.com/cgi-bin/allmyurls.cgi

If not, do you have an idea on how i could do this?
I guess the only way would be to put ALL of the linkcodes

Ok what i'm trying right now is that i created 8 accounts (it's a new toplist)
Then created 8 pages on a site of mine and copied the respective linkcodes/banners to them.

So toplist account 1 with page 1
toplist account 2 with page 2
and so on....

I then collected all of the pages urls so
mysite.com/toplist-account-one
mysite.com/toplist-account-two
etc...

and added them to an url rotator
So i just promote this ONE url on exit consoles, popunders or in any way in fact.
So that each toplist accounts, will get a hit here and there.
(Of course for now it's all my offers populating the toplist)

So the toplist looks ALIVE and that we start seeing numbers in stats.
As of course, no will signup if it looks dead or new
