would there be a way to include something like imageshack into the script so when the customer uploads there banner it can automatically be resized to the image size that we specify....

i know it kinda hard to create the banner at the actual size that we set now

we can create code easily enough to resize uplaoded banners, the problem is any animation in the banner will be lost, bad trade off.

If you stick with standard size banners like 468x60, 125x125, 88x31 most websites who are actively promoting themselves already have banners made to these dimensions.
