How to make Banners Mandatory on Signup?

As of now Lemoniscool stopped support and handed it over to us. His 2 other plugins were released for free, but iam not sure on this.
Not sure i want to release public upload stuff
 
Mandatory banners will hurt signup rate, at this time its not really possible without creating your own plugin.

you cannot prefer 0.9 ;) 1.0 is MUCH improved and 1.1 is even more improved.
 
I will definitely make the switch to the version 1.0 or 1.1 :)
However, I made some changes in the source,
I have to take my time and look to the plugins ...

Nb : The option to download the banner should not be mandatory, but suggested.
