I like to have no more than 10 premium members. I used to set prices and do promotions to keep it somewhere around this number. If too many premium members start popping up it would be an indication its time to raise the price. If only 1 or 2 members are premium I might consider lowering prices or offering other special promotions to increase premium activity.
