[HELP] on Search link button

How do I fix the search link? Please look at my screen shot.

It is caused by your ubm.css , that ad manager. if you inspect the source, you see it adds some css to all input:focus

input:focus, textarea:focus {
border: 2px solid #17B8FF;
outline: medium none currentColor;
padding: 9px 14px;
}

You would need to overwrite that in your user.css to get it back to default

input:focus, textarea:focus {
    border: 1px solid #cccccc;
    padding: 6px;
}
input.button1:focus {
    padding: 5px;
}
