footer editing

I'd really like to make my footer 100% width and I'm kinda going crazy with it..

as if something KEEPS my footer div layer inside the ones that are width limited.. could be that javascript making something weird with it

is this a common problem?

any idea?

also, what is that grey area below the blue footer? can that be removed as well?

sounds like you have an open div from the parent container still open.

before opening your footer, close the div. </div>

You might also want to run your code through the w3c validator to ensure you don't have any stray tags.
