Fatal error - URGENT HELP REQUIRED!

Can any one help? Our VL has just pulled this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function iconv() in /public_html/tbfmfactor/vote/sources/details.php on line 52

Been working fine until the past few hours. We've been getting thousands of hits every day but woke up today with a ton of complaints of errors. We have a weekly vote competition and its half way through so any help would be appreciated.

should be all set now, there was an issue with PHPs iconv function that required a recompile.

You changed hosting? Any server updates?
The iconv library seems to be missing on your server installation, which is used for the stats months names on details page.
Or there was a server error, restart or anything and this module did not start correctly.
Or the host removed/disabled it for whatever reason.

Nothing we can help you with except asking your host why iconv suddenly not working.
