Enable/disable Rate & Review functions

It should be great to add an option in settings to activate an deactivate those functions (separatedly).

At the moment not, just because the aardvark rate & review isnt optimal, we do not want to encourage users to use the current system, until we have coded a new one in the way we think its best usuable also for the future.
For the moment you could use facebook, or disqus comments. Or if you really want the aardvard review system change the following in stats.php

$reviews_on = 0;

change 0 to 1

No, what I mean is that you can access to the rate and review system altough is disabled, by typing the correponding url, and I want to totally disable it.

delete the /sources/rate.php file.
