Duration for next vote

Hello.
I would like to ask what is the time duration for each vote with the same IP by default?
Like is it every 12h or 24h? and is there a way to change this?

Once per day is the default. If you search the forum you will find options to use cron job to empty the IP log so you can allow more frequent voting.
