Cusom Background for Premium Users

Hello.

Is it Possible to use a custom Background for my Premium users?

So normal users should only showing as Link.
Premium users should have a banner, and this Background:

1) from table_top_row.html remove img code
2) simply add your background, the css for premium is .premium_table_top and a few others as seen in table_top_row_premium.html
