Current Lic not showing up in account

So.. we continue to pay our yearly license payments vis subscription on PayPal.. yet it's not relfecting as such on our account.. can we get this fixed?

that is odd, can you PM me with paypal email address or transaction ID please. I suspect your subscription was setup manually outside of the members area so there is no API connection.
