Clean URLs suggestion

Hello all

i think needs a small fix into Clean urls

lets say

google.com/category/yahoo

i think should look like this

google.com/yahoo ------------ this is better for SEO


Can anyone give me suggestion how can i fix this ???

Fix is the wrong word here. http://visiolist.com/community/threads/htaccess.334/#post-2233

Beside the above, completly removing the delimeter "category" or whatever word it may be is not possible. Apache´s mod_rewrite cant map site.com/aion to the correct url if there is no delimeter
