Check For Link

When a user has added their site to the list, I think the script should check to see if they have either banner, or link on their site pointed at their details page, of vote page..

its possible to do but has really proven to be unnecessary over the years.

The auto removal or disabling of inactive members after X amount of days function looks after those who do not link back in a much more efficient manner.
