Callback vote check requires new link on website?

Hey, some members of my site would like the callback function to reward their players for voting. My question is, does every site on my toplist need to add a new link on their website, or will the old one still work as useall? Just want to make sure before i make any changes.
 
No, reading the install instructions, I dont believe it requires any changes to your link code

At step 4, where in the html am i supposed to place this tag?

4) Place {$form_acf_callback} to edit_form.html, join_form.html, join_form_existing.html

Anywhere you like in those templates.
