I thought this was already implemented, but seems you can only ban from login or registration.
It's very necessary that you could be also able to blacklist voter ips (proxys, etc), by ip or range.
there is a proxy script for vbulletin that blocks all sorts of proxys from registering and viewing the site, maybe something like that could be implemented for visiolist??
