application coding for votes

hello
people listed on my top site asks me if it is possible to put a message when the vote was made just after clicking on the vote button example "you voted" or "attender 1 hour to vote again" I know voting plugin does not work but is it possible to make another system?

Basicly you just need to rework the vote message plugin. Only option if you want to have it using your hourly voting.
Such thing you either need to do yourself, hire a freelance php programmer or hire me or Mark.
Unfortunatly we cannot offer this for free at this time

Would take roughly 30-60 min inclusive testing.
Would need ftp details, website url, VL admin password via private conversation
