An idea which would make Plugin's more viable

Just had a though, For good quality plugins i amonst others are happy to contribute financially, and its got me thinking, Mark and Basti are not going to spend a good few hours or perhaps days working on a plugin for the sake of $10, so heres my idea....

  1. Come up with an idea for a plugin and advertise it here
  2. Get people to vote for the ones they want which each vote they pledge $10
  3. Get 10 people to vote for that plugin and then the plugin gets made and the programmers take 10 x $10 from the members
In essence the creation of the plugin will pay $100, 10 x members who are happy to pay for that plugin after that you could just advertise it for $10 a pop, but he initial cost for time and effort has been paid. (A bit like Groupon)

How does that sound??? perhaps you could have an online store here where we can order and pay, and download immediately??
