Ads and premium

Just a thought: If and when I decide to sell ads (normal ones not adwords etc) and premium membership what do you base the price for such service? Number of pages shown? Ins or outs?

For premium properbly the outs, wouldnt do more then 15-20$ a month. Normal ad selling, well pretty much what i described the other day. But outs can alter the price as well. wouldnt aim to high for that for the start, see how it goes with low price, if well you can still higher it.
