Long Term Todo [Admin Panel] Add new member

Hello guys

This would be cool feature ...
Reason you can add new member for testing so you gonna skip everything captcha and other stuff like that

Also if you have captcha on localhost will not load coz its home PC and stuff like that

So i think this would be good
